What’s the difference between a PEO and an EOR?

A US PEO co-employs your team alongside your existing entity for shared HR responsibilities in a US state you’re not operating in. An EOR is the sole legal employer of your worker in Germany for example, useful when you don’t have (and don’t want to set up) a local entity.

How fast can we onboard an employee?

For the vast majority of countries we cover, 5–14 days from contract sign to start date. A handful of jurisdictions with longer registration timelines (e.g. China, Brazil, India for certain visa types) can stretch to 3–4 weeks; we’ll always flag those up front.

What does pricing look like?
